How long does it take receive a response from support?

Do you accept returns?

Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. But don't worry; we're here to help! If there was an error with your order, please contact us at support@liquidpinkcoffee.com within 30 days of your purchase. If you’re dissatisfied with your coffee, our expert Guest Experience team will help you track down your soon-to-be favorites.

How long does it take coffee to ship?

We are excited to offer free shipping on everything purchased from our site! We ship our coffee through USPS, which usually takes around 3-5 days. If it takes longer than that, don't worry; we have seen some delays with USPS recently. Additionally, all our coffee is roasted to order, which means you can always expect the freshest coffee to arrive, but it does take us a few days to get it roasted and shipped out. We promise always to work as quickly and efficiently as possible to get freshly roasted, quality coffee to your doorstep!
